Villa Maridl 2 occupies the first floor of the Kastlhof, a farmhouse built in the Überetsch style in 1979 by Irene's parents. In 2014 the apartment was lovingly renovated to a high standard and with an edgy design. We placed a great deal of value on retaining the original architecture and characteristic details of the house and complementing them with modern design. Specially built designer furniture from ruralurban, local materials and colourful accents lend this apartment a unique charm. The large garden with fruit, vegetables and flowers, and a wonderful all-around view is perfect for relaxing. Villa Maridl at the Kastlhof is situated on a neighbouring property just down from the Millenniumshof.
